Limited Capacity seats available

In this lesson setting, pupils are designated as reporters and editors to investigate and gather data for an incident, through the use of QR codes and face-to-face interviews. The reporters then send these real-time data back to the base through GAFE (Google Docs), where the editors will then proceed to do a write-up for the incident. The group then collaborated more information to complete the writing assignment using GAFE (Google account and DOCs) from home, before their individual composition writing.

Besides GAFE skills, the team acquire other knowledge such as being able to discern the data collected, working with others and making sound decisions to put the best team member on the job.

Do bring along your smartphone of tablet with Google Docs and QR Reader downloaded. :))

Mr. Raymond Tay

I'm a Primary school teacher in Singapore. I am more of a techie guy from my experiences when I was in the private sector. Right now, I am just constantly seeking meaningful and purposeful ways to infuse this technology in my teaching of the Chinese Language and other subject areas. At present, GAFE presented many opportunities and resources that meet the needs and engagement of Teaching & Learning.
