The session will also attempt to show how educators can learn from game design principles to tweak their curriculum, so that it will drive students' motivation towards mastery.

User Engagement Designer, Experimental Systems and Technology Lab (ESTL), MOE
A humanities educator by training, I enjoy working with students who underachieve academically. I forayed into gamification back in 2013 in an attempt to address the motivation issues my students had when it comes to humanities subjects. I'm currently in ESTL for a 2.5 years stint, focusing on UI/UX design and product management.
