Introducing the use of ArcGIS in the Geography classroom. Presenters will show how GIS can be adopted easily to enhance the concepts of time, place and scale and to bring Geography to life assimilating authentic learning, using the inquiry approach.


Mr. Tafran Angullia

16 years in the teaching service and 4 years as a subject head in Geography. Went through the Management and Leadership for Schools (MLS) course in 2007 and have visited and learnt from schools in Vientienne, Laos and Tasmania, Australia. Attended overseas learning in London University in 2015 to do reserach on GIS and its application in the classroom.
